“Working as a dentist in general practice, I was given a pair of QuietOn active noise cancellers to try out. Let me start by explaining that as a dentist I do seem to get a lot of “new tech” products to try – all with quite varying levels of success it has to be said, so I approached yet another product with a certain degree of caution.
So…QuietOn is extremely easy to set up, charge and use – virtually self-explanatory, and with a choice of different sized ear adaptors, making them extremely simple and accurate to fit.
I tried them for a morning in surgery – interestingly nobody commented on me wearing anything in my ears – so let’s take that as meaning discrete!! And to my surprise, they did just work. Handpiece noise, ultrasonic noise all reduced to an almost imperceptible level, yet able to hear what was going on around me and still converse happily. It actually induces quite a chilled effect. It does what it says on the tin!!! Success!!! So if you are someone who is bothered by noise then I think this would definitely improve your life.”
